Nominations for OYEA and PAT

In alignment with Positive Education@GRPS, we encourage our students to notice and express their gratitude for good things that happened to them. The practice provides students the opportunity to approach each day with positivity. This teaches students to be grateful and appreciative of the little things which are going on well in their lives.

We hope that you, together with your child/ ward, will be able to recognise our teachers’ efforts and dedication in nurturing our students. Nominations for President’s Award for Teachers (PAT)and Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA) 2027 are now open.

President's Award for Teachers (PAT) 2027

The President’s Award for Teachers (PAT) recognises experienced educators who are role models for the teaching profession. These educators adopt innovative approaches in their lessons, are lifelong learners and are mentors to their peers. Outstanding Young Educators’ Award (OYEA) 2027

The Outstanding Young Educators’ Award (OYEA) (formerly the Outstanding Youth in Education Award) recognises young teachers, aged 35 and below, who are inspiring role models for the teaching profession. These teachers embody youthful idealism, energy, and enthusiasm, inspiring both their students and peers through their words and deeds.
